We collect the following information when you use ResellerHub:

• Account information — your name and email address when you sign up or sign in with Google.
• Marketplace credentials — eBay and Vinted account tokens to access your listings on your behalf.
• Product and inventory data — item details, photos, pricing, and listing information you create or import.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and features used.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the ResellerHub service.
• To sync your inventory with eBay and Vinted.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send important service-related communications (e.g. billing, security).
• To respond to support requests.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on a secure VPS located in the United Kingdom. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Database backups are encrypted and stored securely.

5. Third-party services

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to provide the service:
